How to Enduro

  • Entries open 2 weeks before the event

  • Track map released at 7.30pm on the Friday before the event

  • Timing chip goes on your right wrist

  • Check your Rego Wave for your rego time

  • Each category will set off 5min apart, check the start list for the day

  • Tracks must be completed in order, check the race map for your track list!

  • Tracks will close at 2.45pm, no exception

  • Timing starts closing at 3:00pm, checkin after 3:00pm incurs a 30sec penalty. No timing chips will be accepted after 3.15pm

  • Don't practice in the morning with your chip as you may trigger the timing

  • You must keep 3m clear of all timing beacons, if you get to close you will start the clock rolling for that stage! Accidental trigger is not grounds for a re-run.

  • At the start of each stage there will be either a 'front wheel goes here' sign or mat. You must stop here, feet down, the marshal will then give you the ok to start. No rolling starts.

  • Catching riders on course is part of racing. If a rider behind you has given ample time and they catch you on the stage, you must move aside.

  • A short cut is any line that deviates from the established trail in order to gain a time advantage whether or not there is course tape in place. The course markings are there to indicate that you are heading in the right direction not to define the track limits. Essentially, no strava lines!!!

  • Stages will not be double taped in their entirety, riders are expected to remain on the established trail and not create their own lines or shortcuts.

  • If your damaging the trail with your "line", then you're at risk of a penalty

  • Some tracks may be designated as a 'free zone' where line choice is promoted, these will generally be fresh scratch tracks

  • Read and understand the rules
